Cover chicken with water in a large saucepan. Simmer over med-high heat just until cooked through. Drain, saving broth for another use. cool chicken slightly; shred into bite-size pieces and set aside. Combine soups in a saucepan. Stir well;cook over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat. In a greased 13x9 baking pan, layer half of chicken, half of soup mixture and half of the crushed chips., Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 mins., or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
