Soy Chicken Wings

- 9 oz
- chicken wings, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- ~ 1 c
- 1 Tbsp
- chopped scallion
- 1" piece
- fresh ginger root, cut into slices
- 2 1/2 Tbsp
- soy sauce, light or dark
- 1 tsp
1Wash chicken wings.
2In small pan, bring water to boil.
3Add chicken, scallion and ginger root; bring back to boil.
4Add soy and sugar.
5Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
6Remove chicken from any remaining liquid and serve hot.
