- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, 10 oz. each
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- grated parmesan cheese
1Mix the chicken with enough water to cover in pan. Bring to boil. Boil until chicken is cooked through; Drain. Cut into bite size pieces, discarding the skin.
2Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Mix the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
3Layer the chicken, broccoli and sour cream mixture in a 3 quart baking dish, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese generously over each layer. Sprinkle paprika over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6
