Ingredients

2 lb
bonless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 bottle
mrs. dash mesquite grille marinade
2
poblanos, sliced
1 large
red bell pepper, sliced
1
sweet onion, sliced
4-6
baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
flour tortillas
12-16 oz
cheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)
salsa, sour cream

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.

2Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.

3Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.

4Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
