SO EASY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN WINGS

- 2 1/2-3lbs of wings split and remove tip.
- 2 can(s)
- pineapple tidbits in juice(8oz each) i have used crushed as well and sometimes just use 1 can if that is all i have
- 1 c
- barbeque sauce(i like kraft honey bbq or original bbq sauce but if you like it bolder than use what you like)
1Heat oven to 400
2PLACE wings in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. I always line my pan with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
3DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Mix barbecue sauce, pineapple and reserved juice. Add to chicken; stir to evenly coat chicken.
4BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened.
