I have been gathering my superbowl recipes today and wanted to share this and a few others. You can prepare this the day before and refrigerate it and just throw it in the oven to cook the next day...serve as an appetizer for about 14 people or dinner serve with a nice dish, should be plenty for 4-6 adults. You can add your favorite bbq sauce(mild-bold anything works), and if you like a little heat just sprinkle in some crushed red pepper, like it a little Asian style? Just add a few splashes of soy sauce or teriaki sauce to the bbq mixture and garnish with sliced scallions when it is cooked.
