My hubby loves this the spicer the better and it is so easy to put together. Any left overs heat up and spoon on flour tortillas.

Ingredients

1lb
boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix
2 Tbsp
flour
1 each
green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
1 c
frozen corn
1 1/2 c
Thick N Chunky Salsa
1 c
Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Step-By-Step

1Toss chicken with taco seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and salsa cover with lid.
2Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. High 3 to 4 hours. Stir just before serving; top with shredded cheese. Serve over hot cooked rice topped with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro,.
