Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

red bell pepper, diced

yellow bell pepper, diced

onion, diced
1 can(s)
(16 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
(14 ounces) crushed or diced tomatoes

cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp
oregano
1 tsp
basil
1/2 tsp
dried thyme (chopped) optional
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp
brown sugar (optional)

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, stir and cover with lid.
Cook on low heat for 7 hours.
