Sometimes you just have to make it yourself. This recipe is very simple and the ingredients are easily obtainable.

Ingredients

2 c
parboiled cooked rice, cold
2
boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 bunch
scallions, chopped
1 small
can, drained peas & carrots
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3
eggs, scrambled & chopped
1 c
soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1Make the 2 cups of rice and refrigerate

2While the rice refrigerates, saute the scallions in a wok (or a large pan) for a minute. Then, stir in the cut up chicken pieces until they brown.

3Add the cold rice and stir fry. While it stir fries, add the soy sauce, chopped scrambled eggs and drained peas & carrots. Adjust to your taste with the soy sauce.
