chicken breasts, with bone and skin

seasoning salt (mccormicks or lawry's)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Rinse chicken under cool running water. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and then place in the baking dish.
Brush the melted butter over the chicken, using all the butter.
Sprinkle with the seasoning salt.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until cooked through. Don't over cook.
