1Place the chicken breasts and water into crockpot. Cook on low for at least four hours.
2Check for doneness. Shred the chicken with two forks and add taco seasoning. Cook for an additional hour.
3You can use this chicken in tacos (hard shell or soft), or in enchiladas.
