Ingredients

1 lb
chicken
11/2 Tbsp
mirin, sweet cooking rice seasoning
2 clove
garlic
3 slice
fresh ginger - quarter size
1 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
oyster sauce
1 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 Tbsp
sriracha. - chili sauce
1 Tbsp
peanut oil
1 Tbsp
corn starch
3 c
cooked jasmine rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken into strips, mince garlic and ginger.
Put all three in a bowl, add Mirin and stir together
and let marinate for 10-15 minutes

While chicken marinates, mix chicken broth, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat wok or large skillet over med-high heat, add peanut oil and cook chicken till no longer pink showing

Add chicken broth sauce to meat and heat through.
Dissolve corn starch in 3 tbsp cold water,
stir into wok to thicken, remove from heat.
Spoon over cooked rice.
