Seared Chicken Breast With Yuzu Soy Dressing Salad

Ingredients

2
chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 Tbsp
yuzu juice
2 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
dashi stock
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
pinch
salt and pepper
salad greens

Step-By-Step

1Wrap individual chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize until evenly flattened.
2Warm griddle and spritz with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes over a medium heat or until nicely seared and cooked through.
3While chicken is cooking make the dressing. Mix together the yuzu juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, diluted dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
4Place salad greens on two dinner plates and drizzle dressing over greens. Top with chicken breasts and serve immediately.
