Scraps Gourmet Maple Glazed Chicken
4 pcs. cleaned/dry chicken and season to taste (Kosher Salt and Cracked black pepper)
1 cup maple syrup ( I use sugar free syrup..Suckers, Careys or Wegmans) and add
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Cajin spice rub to taste... mix into syrup mixture and reduce liquid to 1/2cup.
Glaze top of chicken
Bake low and slow 8" in glass cassarole dish ( okay to line with parchment paper or alumminum foil for easy clean up) for 1 hour - keep covered in Oven.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
