Savory lemon-sage roasted chicken
Great for Sunday dinner and there is alway left-over chickien for sandwiches, or a casserole.

- salt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning
- 3 Tbsp
- fresh thyme, minced, divided
- 1 c
- lower-sodium chicken broth
- lemons, cut into wedges
1Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on rack in a roasting pan. Coat chicken w/ olive oil cooking spray. Rub the skin of chicken w/ lemon-pepper seasoning, and 1 tbsp thyme.
2Add chicken broth, lemon wedges and 2 tbsp thyme to pan. Roast chicken 1-1/2 hrs, or until juices run clear.
