Ingredients For savory butters for steak

  • ROSEMARY BALSAMIC BUTTER:
  • 1/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp
    rosemary sprigs, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    shallots, finely chopped
  • BLUE CHEESE BUTTER:
  • 1/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 tsp
    chives, dried
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • CURRY BUTTER:
  • 1/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp
    mango chutney
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    curry powder

How To Make savory butters for steak

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients for desired flavor butter in small bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed; refrigerate until firm. Serve with steak. Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid up to 2 weeks.

    Other Suggested Uses for Rosemary Balsamic Butter: • Spread underneath skin of chicken before roasting. • Top grilled burgers or chicken breasts. • Add to sautéed mushrooms & serve over sliced steak or pork tenderloin.
