Ingredients

1 Tbsp
oil
3/4 lb
boneless skinless chicken breasts, thin strips
1 11-oz can(s)
white corn, drained
16 oz
thick-n-chunky salsa (old el paso)
2 Tbsp
ripe olives, sliced
1 c
tortilla chips, broken
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

2Add chicken; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

3Stir in corn, salsa and olives; simmer 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in chips; sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
