I made up this dish one night when I was low on groceries...lol! This is a simple, quick and tasty dish... not to mention one dish!!! I serve this with my "spanish" veggie rice. You can always adjust the amounts to your own personal taste... this isn't rocket science! Enjoy!

Ingredients For salsa chicken casserole

  • 1 lb
    chicken tenders or breasts
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar
    salsa
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make salsa chicken casserole

  • 1
    coat chicken with olive oil and taco seasoning... if you would like you can prepare this ahead of time so it can "marinate".

    place chicken in casserole dish. top with salsa and cheese
  • 3
    bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked (depending on the size of chicken you are using)
