This recipe was sent to me through an e-mail recipe exchange from a lady at Birmingham-Southern College. Along with the recipe she said "Umm, umm good" and she was so right!

Ingredients

4 large
chicken breasts
1 pkg
17 ounce thin spaghetti
1
bell pepper, chopped
1
onion, chopped
1 stick
butter
1 pkg
8 ounce velveta cheese
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
rotel tomatoes

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook chicken in water. Debone chicken. Cook spaghetti in broth of cooked chicken. In a skillet, saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Add cheese,soup and tomatoes. Drain spaghetti noodles. Mix chicken with your noodles then add tomatoe mixture. Mix well. Pour into a 3 quart casserole dish and bake 25-20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with a green salad and bread!
