I was going thru my step mothers recipe box years ago and came across this recipe and wrote it down and went home and tried it and we loved it.

Ingredients For rotel chicken

3chicken breasts boneless or bone in

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 canrotel tomatoes
-
1chopped onion
-
1 lbvelveeta cheese (cut up in small pieces)

1large bag of doritoes (whatever flavor you prefer)
How To Make rotel chicken

1boil chicken breasts and when chicken is done cut up in bite size pieces. this is also good for leftover chicken that you don't want to throw out.

2place all the soups and onions in a bowl and mix well.

3spray a 9 x 13 dish with pam and put doritoes in the bottom and then layer the rest. Chicken, soup mixture, cheese, doritoes will be on top.

4Place in 350 degree oven covered for about 35 minutes. Take the cover off and cook for the next 10 minutes. I usually just serve this with a salad and bread.
