I found this recipe in an old church cookbook. It is really different ans strange sounding. Thought I would give it a try. It tasted like Sweet and Sour Chicken. My son really liked it and I served it over rice.
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or chicken pieces
bottle of thousand island dressing
jar of apricot jam
envelope of onion soup mix
1Place thawed chicken in a 13x9 baking dish. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken; bake at 350f for 1 hr. Pour over cooked rice.
