Ingredients For roasted italian wings

  • 3 lb
    drummettes (chicken wings without wing tips)
  • 3/4 c
    italian bread crumbs, dry
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • self rising flour
  • 3 x lg
    eggs, beaten
  • SERVE WITH:
  • marinara sauce, heated

How To Make roasted italian wings

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 2 baking sheets.

    In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, seasoning, salt & pepper; mix to combine.

    In small bowl, add eggs & lightly beat.

    Dredge drummettes in flour, dip in eggs, then in breadcrumb mixture. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 35 - 45 minutes or unti crisp & golden brown.

    Serve with heated marinara sauce.
