Roasted Cornish Hens

- cornish hens (rinsed and pat dry) split them in half .

1Pre-heat oven at 350 degree, then set it to 450 degrees.
Split cornish hens in half lengthwise. Rinse & Pat dry with a paper towel, set aside.
2In a small bowl mix together butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and salt & pepper. this will look like a paste.
3Loosen the skin of the hens, rub spice mixture under the skin and arranged cut side down on roasting pan.
4Place roasting pan in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 40 minutes or until hens are no longer pink inside.
