- whole chicken, washed and fat removed
- 8 med
- potatoes, chunked
- carrots, peeled and chunked
- season; salt and pepper
- garlic pdr sprinkled
- 1 C
- brn sugar
- 1/2 C
- 2 tsp
- cider vinegar
BASTING SAUCE; MIX AND SET ASIDE
1Season Chicken with Salt and pepper, garlic.
Place in roaster, breast side Up
Roast @ 350 for 1 Hr.
2there will be juices in bottom of roaster.
ADD: Potatoes & carrots, salt and pepper.
Roast for another 1 hr.
3Mix brn Sgr. Catsup, & Vinegar Together, and Pour over Chicken, 20 min before done cooking.
