- ranch dressing (my fave-hidden valley)
- 1 tsp
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c
- parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1Place thawed chicken breast in glass casserole dish. Mix flour well with ranch dressing, pour over chicken breast, sprinkle with shredded cheese then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
2Cook at 350 degrees for approx. one hour or until cheese is golden brown.
3You can season chicken breast with your favorite seasoning if desired, i normally season lightly with garlic powder.
