low-sodium chicken broth

cornstarch

low-sodium soy sauce

cooked chicken, in chunks

(28 oz) chop suey vegetables, drained

hot cooked rice

Step-By-Step

1Whisk together chicken broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce.

Cook and stir until thickened.

Add chicken and vegetables.
2Heat through.

Serve over rice
