Ingredients For quick chicken chili

2 canrotel tomatoes (original)

1 canblack beans

1 candark kidney beans

1 cansweet corn kernals

1-2 canchicken (you can use shredded chicken but that takes longer)

1 tspchili powder

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 tsponion powder
How To Make quick chicken chili

1Drain beans, corn, and chicken. Put all the ingredients in a deep skillet/wok/pot.

2If you like a "soupier" consistency, add a small can of tomato puree.

3Heat ingredients on med-high until heated through, stirring occassionally. Serve over rice.
