Cook noodles as directed, drain, toss w/ 1 tsp sesame oil, set aside. In lg bowl combine, chicken w/ 2 tsp soy sauce and cornstarch. In lg measuring cup, stir together 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and sugar.
Heat wok or lg skiller over high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken mix and cook, stirring for about 4 mins. Remove chicken from skillet. Add remaining oil to pan. Add asparagus and cook 1-1/2 mins, stirring.
Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 1-1/2 mins. Add scalliona and cook 1 min. Add chicken back to pan, then add sauce mix to pan. Stir to coat evenly. Add noodles, stir to coat. Cook, stirring until noodles are heated through.
