Poppy Seed Chicken and Green Chilies Casserole

- cooked and diced chicken
- 1 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup (healthy choice)
- 8 oz
- container of sour cream
- tablespoons poppy seeds
- sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 small
- can of diced green chilies, drained
- 1 c
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp
- butter, melted
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheddar cheese.
3Pour into a prepared baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbly.
