chicken (cut into strips)
all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp
1Mix batter ingredients in medium bowl
2Drop in the chicken. Stir with hand so that all strips are evenly coated.
3Wait about 5-10 minutes for chicken to absorb the water, pulling the batter tightly into its pores.
4Deep Fry at 375 until golden brown
5Remove and let sit for 3 minutes to allow internal moisture to "uncrisp" the batter coating
6Fry again for 1 minute to vaporize said moisture
