Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onion. Saute until chicken is no longer pink.
Add minced garlic, mushrooms,mexican cream (media crema by Nestle found in mexican aisle), all spice, paprika and chicken base.
Cook until it starts to bubble. then reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve with warm tortillas, rice and beans.
