- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slice
- 2 slice
- colby jack cheese
- 1 bottle
- (ken's) honey mustard dressing
- 1 c
- sliced mushrooms
1In a mixing bowl place the chicken and pour on about half the bottle of honey mustard. Place in fridge to marinate at least 20 minutes.
2Grill or bake your chicken until done. We LOVE the smoky taste that the grill gives the chicken. (Discard remaining marinade.)
3In a pan, fry the bacon til nicely crisp. Remove bacon from the pan and cook the mushrooms in the remaining bacon grease.
4When done, top the chicken with the bacon, a slice of cheese, and mushrooms. Place under broiler for a minute to get the cheese nicely melted. Drizzle some extra honey mustard on top and it's ready to serve with your favorite side dish.
