Penne w/ chicken in garlic cream sauce

The garlic cream sauce really makes this dish stand out!

bonelss, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
1/4 tsp

dried dreamfields penne rigate pasta
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 large
zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
2 c
fresh mushrooms, sliced.
3 tsp
minced garlic in olive oil, jarred.
1 c
reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp
4 oz
light cream cheese, softened.
1/4 c
dried tomatoes, chopped.
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
2 Tbsp
grated romano cheese.

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle chicken w/ salt & pepper. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink inside, about 5 min per side. Remove chicken from pan. Cook pasta, drain, keep warm. Heat oil in skillet, place over medium heat. Cook zucchini, mushrooms and garlic for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add veggies to pasta. In small bowl, whisk together broth and flour until smooth. Add flour mix to skillet. Add cream cheese to skillet and whisk until smooth. Cook 1 min. Stir in dried tomatoes. Add mix to pasta and veggies. Sprinkle w/ parsley and cheese.
