This goes together so quick and it is so versitile! I often change the herb combination depending on side dishes. Changing the cheese or substituting the almonds for the pecans is a great choice too. Have fun and get creative! Enjoy!
Place milk in a shallow bowl. In a seperate bowl combine the breadcrumbs, pecans, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumb mixture. In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil. Place browned chicken breasts on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
