In lg plastic, resealable bag, combine flour, ginger, salt & pepper. Mix well. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time to bag. Shake to coat well. Reserve remaining flour mix. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat. Add chicken pieces. cook 10 min, turning once to brown. Drain fat from pan. Add peaches and syrup to pan, along w/ soy sauce, marmalade and remaining flour mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low. Cover, simmer 1 hr. Spoon sauce and peaches over chicken before serving.
