- dried beef chipped
- 1 pt
- sour cream ( i use non fat)
- 2 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 4 slice
- bacon (optional)
- skinless boneless chicken breasts
1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2Using a non stick spray, spray a 9x13 in pan.
3Lay the dried beef on the bottom of the pan.
4Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon and lay on top of dried beef
5Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
6Bake for 2 hours.
7Just a note... this can be done in a crock pot. It is really easy to keep warm if you want to serve it to a lot of people.
