This chicken is incredibly moist and tender. It is also INCREDIBLY easy with just a 5 minute prep! It can be altered easily to your own taste and amount you'd like to make.

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Don't crowd the chicken; leave space around each chicken breast.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper OR seasonings of your choice.
In a bowl, stir together the mayo and grated parmesan cheese. Spread over the chicken breast in the pan.
Sprinkle each breast with approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of the italian panko breadcrumbs.
Bake chicken at 375 25-30 minutes, dependent on the thickness of chicken breast, until there is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
