Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- 1 c
- mayonnaise (hellmann's is best)
- 3/4 c
- parmigiano reggiano, grated
- 1/2 c
- panko or italian bread crumbs
- large chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2Mix mayonnaise and cheese together. Place chicken breasts on lined cookie sheet and top each with equal amounts of sauce. Sprinkle the top of each with bread crumbs.
3Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
