Excellent recipe! I used chicken tenders. I have tried out different coatings as well. I've used seasoned Panko crumbs, crushed potato chips, crushed corn chips, crushed Italian flavored crackers. They are all good and just add a little different flavor. The Bunco group loved the convenience of having them on sticks so they could eat them without utensils.
