Excellent recipe! I used chicken tenders. I have tried out different coatings as well. I've used seasoned Panko crumbs, crushed potato chips, crushed corn chips, crushed Italian flavored crackers. They are all good and just add a little different flavor. The Bunco group loved the convenience of having them on sticks so they could eat them without utensils.

Instead of Corn Flakes try crushed cheddar, and sour cream by Lays. Awesome. Thanks

Never submitted a recipe. How do I do that and how does one earn a blue ribbon?
