pan grilled chicken on pita



when you dont know what too create with left over meatloaf, chicken or beef, you can always make this dish . the difference is far from a boaring sandwich.

extra old cheddar cheese
1 medium
fresh sliced mushroom
2 tsp

beef or chicken leftover meatloaf
1 medium
pita bread cut in half


Step 1 Direction Photo

1take your left over meat loaf , slice two med thick ( half inch ) slices of meat loat , this one i used is chicken .

Step 2 Direction Photo

2slice your pita in half, open the lip of the bread, stuff in the salsa , the fresh muxhroom, add the meat loaf , and then add the cheese

Step 3 Direction Photo

3take pan , add 1 tbsp butter , put the pita in pan, let it frill for about 5 min on each side for 5 min each on med heat.

4place nicely on a plate with a papertowel too soak up unwanted butter. and eat it..
