How To Make oven - fried drumsticks

1prepare oven to 450, pour the vegetable oil evenly over the bottom of a large baking pan.

2combine the baking mix, paprika , creole seasoning, salt , garlic powder, italian seasoning, and black pepper in a large bowl, mix well. pour into a paper bag.

3add the chicken , a few at a time, to the bag and shake to coat the chicken. arrange on the prepared baking pan.

4bake the chicked, turning once, until juices run clear when pierced with the tip of a knif, about 30 minutes.
