8skinless chicken drumsticks

1/4 cbutter (half stick)

1/2 ccornmeal

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspdried rosemary

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make oven fried drumsticks

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F Line a 13 x 9- inch pan with aluminum foil. In oven, melt butter in the pan.

2Mix cornmeal, flour, rosemary, pepper and salt. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the cornmeal mixture.

3Place chicken in the melted butter. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and cook 30 minutes longer. Remove chicken and place on paper towel to absorb excess grease.
