This recipe came off of a Saltine cracker box. I have made it a few times and my kids love it!

Ingredients

1/4 c
margarine or butter, melted
1/3 c
all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp
salt, optional if using salted butter
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 large
egg, beaten
1/4 c
milk
24
saltine crackers, finely crushed
3 1/2 lb
chicken pieces

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place margarine in 15x10 1/2x 1-in. baking pan; set aside.
2Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a medium size bowl (big enough to roll chicken); have cracker crumbs in a bowl
3Combine egg and milk in a separate bowl. Roll chicken in flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and then roll in cracker crumbs
4Place coated chicken in baking pan. Bake 30 minutes; Turn. Bake and additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
