chicken thighs, skin removed
low sodium bbq sauce-see link below
Remove skin from thighs and discard. Mix together 1 c. of bbq sauce and 1 c. of water into gallon ziploc bag, add chicken. Mix well, set bag in bowl and refrigerate 2 hrs. to overnight.
Remove chicken and place in cast iron skillet or baking dish just large enough to hold all pcs. Pour enough bbq sauce over top to cover thighs and sprinkle on Mrs. Dash original blend.
Bake on 350° uncovered for 1 hr. Remove from oven, remove chicken from skillet using large spoon, place on baking sheet and return to oven for 15 min. uncovered at 375°.
