Oven baked chicken in a light sauce
I brined the chicken for 24 hours.this will make this chicken SOOOOO juicy.
- whole chicken
- 1 gal
- brined liquid ( have this recipe posted)
- salt and pepper ( to sprinkle on top)
1soak the chicken in the brine for 1 day, then rinse off. Pat the chicken dry then rub the whole chicken with olive oil. sprinkle a (little salt and pepper) on top .
