Ingredients
| 1 c | all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 tsp | teaspoon paprika |
| 1/2 tsp | cayenne peppe |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| about 20 chicken wings | |
| 1/2 c | franks hot sauce |
| 1 stick | butter... = 1/2 cup |
| dash garlic powder |

Directions
In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.(I just make it and leave in frig. till dinner)Put oven on 375 degrees for 45 min..... baked on a rack set over a jelly roll pan...I use my cooling cookie racks.that way they are not setting there own grease.Oh yea spary your rack so chicken does not stick..Combine the butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving. place wings in
serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together..yummo..
