Brenda-Lee's Notes:

I love chicken wings with a little kick but Not real Hot.. These are just right. They are Baked .. Not half the grease.... My whole family moans when we eat these. These are my favorite. These are soooooooooooo good. If you want it much hotter..just add more frank sauce to the butter before dipping... Hope you enjoy as much as i do. Make sure you put the flour wings and refrigerate them. That is what makes them crispy when they cook.. The big secret...

Directions

1
In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.(I just make it and leave in frig. till dinner)
2
Put oven on 375 degrees for 45 min..... baked on a rack set over a jelly roll pan...I use my cooling cookie racks.that way they are not setting there own grease.Oh yea spary your rack so chicken does not stick..
3
Combine the butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving. place wings in
serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together..yummo..

I accidentally rated 1 star and am not sure how to fix it. I was just trying to see if there were any comments because this looks really good!! I will try to fix later but in case I don't figure it out, I wanted to let everyone know. Sorry!
