Ingredients

2-3
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 large
frozen stir-fry veggies
1/2 c
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
canola oil

Step-By-Step

1Thaw veggies
2cut Chicken breasts into bite size pieces, marinade in the soy sauce for about 20 mins
3in a wok (or skillet)..add the oil, on med-high heat...stir in chicken and brown a couple mins on each side ( do not over cook)add in the veggies and cover 20 mins... serve over your favorite rice...I used Basmati
