There's a restaurant in my neighborhood that serves a Oriental salad that's so good, I wanted to make one just like it. With this recipe I've come done close to duplicating it.

Ingredients For oriental chicken salad

    10 oz pkg organic mixed salad greens
  • 2 c
    cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1
    8-3/4 oz can or jar of baby corn, drained, halved crosswise
  • 2
    green onions sliced
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    sesame seeds.

How To Make oriental chicken salad

    In lg bowl, combine salad greens, chicken, baby corn, green onions and radishes.

    In bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, sesame oil and pepper.

    Pour dressing over greens, toss gently to coat. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.
