Ingredients

3 lb whole wings
3 eggs
6 oz orange juice, thawed concentrate
2 Tbsp water
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c butter/margaring melted

2 c ketchup
3/4 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp hot sauce

Vivian's Notes:
First tried these when the grandchildren were smaller and I thought they'd try them and leave the rest for dinner. WRONG....They (4 of them) ate all of them and were licking their fingers clean
 
 

Directions

Combine egg, oj, and water

pour melted butter in 10x15 pan

Combine flour and pecans

cut wings into three pieces, discarding tips

Dip wings in wet mixture then into dry mixture. Place wings in single layer on buttered pan

Bake UNCOVERED for 25 minutes @ 375*

Combine hot sauce ingredients. Pour half of sauce over wings after cooking 25 minutes.

Turn wings over and spoon the other half of sauce onto wings and Bake another 30 minutes.
