Ingredients

  • 6 oz cans orange juice, frozen concentrate, thawed
  • 3 chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless, split
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, dried
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

How To Make orange glazed chicken - crock pot

  • Step 1
    Combine thawed orange juice concentrate in bowl along with salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic powder & nutmeg.
  • Step 2
    Split the chicken breasts to make 6 serving sizes.
  • Step 3
    Dip pieces into the orange juice mixture to coat completely. Place in crockpot. Pour the remaining orange juice mixture over the chicken.
  • Step 4
    Cover & cook on LOW for 7 - 9 hours, or cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  • Step 5
    When chicken is done, remove to serving platter. Pour the sauce that remains into a saucepan. Mix the cornstarch & water & stir into the juice in pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick & bubbly. Serve the sauce over the chicken.
