can mandarin oranges in light syrup
low-sodium soy sauce
Heat oil and sesame seeds in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add zest strips and cook, stirring until slightly cooked. Meanwhile season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
When zest is finished add chicken to skillet and cook until golden.
Add oranges with liquid to skillet and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Whisk together broth, soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl. Add mixture to pan with chicken and simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
